One of a series of up to date and accurate wall maps. This one is Pacific centred on the 160°E line of longitude, offering a different perspective of the world.Available in political colouring.
The maps are available in three versions, printed on heavy duty paper, encapsulated in a high quality polyester providing a write-on wipe-off surface, or framed.
Every effort has been made to ensure this attractive range of wall maps is the most up to date and accurate available. Dr. David Munro, Director of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society and Chairman of the Permanent Committee of Geographical Names was brought in as Geographical Consultant to ensure the most recent name changes are incorporated.
Digital hill shading created using the latest techniques provides a true impression of the earth's relief. The Miller Cylindrical Projection avoids the extreme distortion associated with most maps.
Coloured Aluminium Frames
This framed version is an encapsulated map backed on to a board, surrounded by an attractive coloured aluminium frame.
No glass is used, and the backing board will accept map pins, so the framed version is the easiest way to hang your map on the wall, and you also have the choice of writing on/rubbing off on the laminated surface or using map pins.
The framed maps are sent out with dense foam protection for their edges, bubble wrapped on the front and then wrapped in dual-wall cardboard protection.

The available colours (from left to right) are: Green, Silver, Blue, Gold, Black.
These frames have a very easy and user friendly mounting system with key hole slots requiring only two round headed screws to hang it.
Please note that framed maps cannot be supplied by next day - allow a few days for delivery.
