Credit card payments on our web site are now handled by Protx, the leading UK PSP. You are not charged for your order until the day your order is shipped.

Your payments are fully secure. The payment pages are hosted on the Protx secure servers. The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Their internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, which ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.

The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the retailer's site to Protx is encrypted and digitally signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Any communication between the customer and Protx is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment by their card issuer.

All data stored on Protx systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. Protx are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

We have been selling maps and guides in Southern England since 1981 and have been on the Internet since 1995. As far as we are aware, none of our customers have ever had credit card details stolen or abused when buying products from our business.

You may also telephone your card details through - you can order on the web site but please choose the TELEPHONE CARD DETAILS payment option. You will then be able to print out a copy of your order and either telephone us to make a card payment or use the printed copy order to send a cheque.

PROBLEMS?
If there are any problems with the on-line ordering process or during the World Pay transaction please do not hesitate to contact us. Even if there is a system failure we can take your credit card details by phone or fax and process your order manually.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
If you choose the Pro-Forma payment option we will fax or post a Pro-Forma invoice and your order will be despatched as soon as we receive your cleared cheque.
