We also accept telephone orders and orders by post.

If ordering by post with a cheque please follow the online ordering process - and at the checkout you will be given the option of paying by cheque. Please ensure you have added the correct postage or this may delay despatch of your order -

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

BACK ORDER REPORTS
We usually send a weekly back order report with the latest estimated despatch date.

If an error has been made on the web site, such as pricing or product description we will contact you before accepting your order with the correct details.
