If you have supplied your correct email address we send an email confirmation of despatch the day your order is shipped.

Unless otherwise advised, deliveries to UK mainland are sent by 1st class post or next-day carrier, and overseas orders by air-mail.

To claim from the relevant carriers we need to be advised of non-delivery if an order is not received after 7 working days in the UK, 14 working days overseas.

In the rare event that your order is lost in the post it will be replaced as soon as possible at our expense (subject to available stocks) or a full refund will be arranged.
