We aim to despatch most orders within 48 hours.

Standard despatch method depends on the item ordered and the delivery destination.
UK mainland deliveries are by 1st Class post, or next day carrier. Overseas deliveries
are by Air Mail, or carrier.

In stock orders are usually received in 2-3 days in the UK, 3-5 days in Europe, and 5-7 days for North America and the rest of the world.

Please note - Framed Wall maps can take up to two weeks before despatch, and French IGN maps can be 1-2 weeks if not in stock or even slightly longer if they have to be ordered from France.
