Thank you very much for your prompt despatch of my order which arrived at my work place on the Monday following my telephone conversation with you, in plenty of time for my daughter's birthday. My daughter loves the pinboard map and is planning more trips abroad and so she can add more flags to it. Earlier this year I purchased the Road East and West Crete maps I needed for a Motorcycle Holiday on the island. Andreas who helped me with the hire of the bike we used, was amazed that we had those maps and that we had bought them as we had. He uses the same maps as they are the best available. When the maps arrived from Elstead, a card was enclosed with your company details on it. This card travelled with us to Crete and was given to Andreas. The maps were very informative and gave us the opportunity to make accurate travel plans and consequently meet people who became good friends. So thank you for your help with our our purchase. From maps to memories!

Let me begin by saying what efficient service your company has provided! I placed my order two nights ago over the internet and received the goods today (22/11/06).
I purchased two inflatable globes - one for my family and one that will be donated to a primary school in Kenya, Africa. This will mean a lot to the school since educational resources are very limited there.
The globe is a very nice product - a good size with clear print and the seams do not obstruct the print. Also, it is good value for money.
